This facility is very well maintained and updated. We would probably stay again if we couldn't find something closer to downtown. Unfortunately the area the hotel is situated in isn't clean and the view outside our window was overflowing trash cans and broken down vehicles. The Continental breakfast was well stocked when my husband went down at 0700, but was picked over and the hot water for oatmeal was room temperature when the rest of us came down at 0815. The bread was restocked, but not waffle batter or muffins. Definitely visit Ray's Vietnamese 0.2 miles from the hotel if you find yourself in the area - very clean and some of the best food we had on our trip which included lots of delicious food.

Stay away!

We stayed one night while before starting a cruise. Front desk often unmanned, there was poo in the toilet when we got to room, drapes torn, room smelled musty and out back window - a home with trash everywhere. Not safe area per attendee. Wales to store on corner, closed due to heavy police presence…told regular occurrence.

The property is clean and the staff are nice. They were able to accommodate our late check out request and kept our luggage after check out so we can still go around town to kill time for our red eye flight home. There are restaurants close and within walking distance. We will come back here again the next time we are in town.

I do like the lobby area. In reviewing the area around the hotel, it is a little sketchy (but what city doesn’t have this problem). The staff was nice & loved being able to have the transfer from the train station & to the airport.
