It’s a very basic hotel. There’s a swimming pool in the parking lot once it rains. I can’t believe they will let water gather like that in a parking lot. It’s disgraceful and the shower didn’t work. I was using the ice bucket to shower throughout. I won’t stay there again

I suppose this place banks on you not wanting to pay Anchorage prices and at least you don't leave with pests? Probably one of the dirtiest hotels I've experienced with oddly the softest and nicest towels. The picture of the toilet paper was all that was provided, shown upon arrival. Unknown 'treasures' left under the beds and the shower curtain was splattered in a brown matter that did wear off when water splashed on it. The sink and mirror were also splattered with all kinds of stuff. The bathtub had hair and dirt everywhere.The carpet actually had dust spring up when I dropped a bag on the floor. No AC and the window fan provided did not have a cord long enough to reach anywhere near the window. Accepts dogs but has nowhere to take them for the bathroom. I can say at the very least, I didn't feel too unsafe leaving my car.

This was close to Anchorage, Palmer, and Wasilla. It is BARE minimum. It does have a continental breakfast. The room does NOT have hairdryer or coffee maker. The furniture was broken ans the ceiling fan didn't work. We didn't have a set of towels for everyone in our party.

Good budget hotel

We were in room 209 and it was very comfortable. This is a budget motel, but we thought it was very good considering that. They don't have hair dryers in the rooms, but you can get one at the desk. The building could use an update, but overall, it was fine for us.

I really wanted to give this location a shot. Former local on a visit, upon entering there was a strong cleaner( or something else?) scent. Given the tourist prices and the fact we were former locals, I chose to overlook. Parking lot is iffish in the back of the lot with a lot of visitors at all times. I parked upfront and prayed nothing happened to the rental. Noise is loud from Old Glenn hwy out front and a carwash across the street and java hut next door. Bass from cars. Breakfast features frozen left out in a tray pancakes, sometimes French toast. All carbs no real protein. Toilet had a dirty ring under rim that you could see upon entering the room. Worse view if you sat down in tub, if you could imagine. No inside temp controls and no closet, just a wardrobe. Looked like an interior room of a house. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but regular tourists spend a lot of an Alaskan vacation and should be aware of what they are walking into.

Half of the room the lights didn't work. I ask the manager could I get the lights fixed for my 10 day stay. I was told no, that they are soon upgrading to LEDs and wouldn't be repairing any lights. The bathroom door knob was falling off. It's been like this so long the paint has worn off the door from it. The room front door, pretty much the same situation. The bottom screw was missing and the jam plate was flopping around. The mini fridge was so full of ice from frost in the freezer you couldn't shut the door. There is thermostats in the room. They choose your temperature.
