NO hot water, when we called to ask what was going on with the water the lady was extremely rude and conceding.Her resolution was she would maintenance in the morning. When I walked by the front counter to get a bag out of my car the two ladies up front where bad mouthing other guests currently staying there among themselves loud enough for me to overhear. Absolutely will NEVER stay here again and currently looking for another hotel.

My son attempted suicide and was in the hospital starting on dec 17. Between my flight getting delayed, diverted and canceled. Multiple emails and phone calls. The army was able to get me a free room at the fisher house next to the hospital my son was at. I've been trying to get a refund since Dec 18 without success. I have proof, receipts and army along with Dr's proof of hospitalization of my son. I will never use hotel.com or my place hotel. I'll be letting everyone i know to not use them either. Horrible customer service from both.
