Spacious and conveniently located duplex

Great location with easy 10 min commute to downtown, the coastal trail and 7 minutes to the airport. Easy access to main hi way to travel either north or south. Bright, immaculate and spacious 1500 sq. ft. home with 3 bedrooms. Master has queen bed and 1/2 bath, 2nd bedroom has double and 3rd is a small bunk bed room ideal for a child over 8+. Front room has a 47' flat screen TV, Roku stick and high speed internet. Home is fully equipped and ready to accommodate adults and children. Parking for 2+ vehicles.

Wonderful, Spacious Property in Anchorage

This property was the perfect post-cruise lodging for our family. We had plenty of room, it's impeccably clean, and the kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen has everything you need (though we ate out a lot), the living room has lots of seating options and a Roku Smart TV. There's also a lot of plants everywhere, which is refreshing. Location-wise, almost anything in Anchorage can be reached with a 5-10 minute drive. Also, Sue is an outstanding host. We couldn't be happier with our stay.

The house is close to the airport and Downtown Anchorage. It had everything we needed for the stay with the washer and dryer and all cooking appliances and utensils. Clean and cute, with character. Would stay there again.Owner was very welcoming.

Such a nice property and Sue goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable. We were less than 10 minutes from everything in Anchorage. The place was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home!

Group of 5 adults had plenty of room to get ready for a busy day, or lounge around in the evening, in this lovely, feel good, home. As already stated in other reviews, the neighborhood is quiet with easy access to major through roads, the house well-stocked, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed chatting about gardening and Alaska living with Sue. If we can return to Anchorage for another visit, we would stay at Sue's.

We were traveling with our adult sons ( five of us) on a spectacular trip to Alaska. This was our first stop. The house was clean and comfortable. The owner even provided, soap, shampoo, lotion, spices, laundry soap, fabric softener, fresh flowers and toilet paper. Sue was very helpful with information and suggestions. We totally enjoyed our stay!

Perfect spot for all things Anchorage

We spent three nights at this VRBO in August before heading to Kodiak. The place was perfect for three adults. We each had our own space and plenty of room to move around. The biggest benefit is the location! With people flying in and out at different times it was conveniently located to the airport and everywhere else was a quick 5-10 minute drive. The property owner was always quick to respond which was very helpful.

Lovely property. Stairs are a little tricky if you have anyone not entirely sure footed (elderly). Awesome outdoor back patio for hanging out. Located perfectly- near enough to airport and downtown and also close to highways. Very nice homeowner.

Beautiful Home in Anchorage

We will definiitely be visiting this home again. Sue was AMAZING! And the house was just as incredible. It's much bigger than the pictures indicated. Very spacious rooms. The house is fully stocked and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Close to grocery stores and downtown which we really enjoyed! We would highly recommend staying here and we WILL be back!

Sparkling clean, sunny inside, comfortable beds, the kitchen and dining area were charming and the house lacked nothing. The location was central to everywhere we went. Sue was nice and accommodating. So glad we landed at this house.
