Triple "A" The Admirable Alaskan Accommodation

This is a private entrance apartment a home away from home. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. This new addition completed in 2021. This homey one bedroom provides the comfort of home in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located with in minutes of grocery stores, restaurants & a short 15 minute drive outside of Anchorage in Eagle River to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a full size kitchen, living room with a dining area full bath & shower w/ in floor heating there is NO SHOES in the unit and NO Smoking in or out of the unit. We do not allow smokers to rent are unit because you will still bring the smoke and stench in with you so we don’t allow people who smoke to stay here because others may also be allergic also no pets if you come and brake these rules you will be asked to leave with no refund

“Firsts”: Alaskan Visit AND Grandchild’s Birth!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this vacation stay! We visited primarily to witness the birth of my first grandchild and hoped to see as much of Alaska as we could in between holding and taking photos with the baby. This will be my home away from home every time I’m fortunate enough to revisit! I absolutely adored the property owners ( I know thru VRBO you’re practically guaranteed privacy, but in this case this couple will become lifelong friends of mine ) and they have created an addition to their home that’s clean, perfectly appointed and amazingly comfortable for two people.

Anchorage Getaway

We had a fantastic trip to Alaska. Topping it off with at a two night stay in Eagle River VRBO. We had just completed a cruise from Vancouver to Whittier. The place was great, centrally located to make runs into Anchorage or Talkeetna. (Denali) Great neighborhood and super close to Eagle River for supplies. Hiked at the Eagle River Wildlife Center. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

Military son visit

AAA - a fantastic stay

Excellent stay in Eagle River

This was the perfect location for my wife and I to stay in October! This was for a family visit, but the area (Eagle River) is also a great base to explore the surrounding area of Alaska. The apartment has a wonderful open floor plan with plenty of space - we appreciated the kitchen and all of its amenities, as well as the rest of the place. The washer/dryer was great, as it allowed us to pack light and do laundry a couple of times during the stay. All around, a wonderful place. Steve is also great! He stayed in contact and ensured we had everything we needed. Thank you!

Perfect Location

Nice rental—clean and new

This is a nice unit, nice appliances, finishes, comfy bed, laundry, extras. It is a second floor unit, in a neighborhood with no view from windows, just fyi. Because shoes are not allowed (which listing does say), it was a bit of a struggle removing and putting on shoes while sitting on bottom steps because entry is small with no chair to sit—and when coming and going with items in your hands it’s not an easy task. Steve was good to communicate and work with, and everything we needed was there!
