"Overall the hotel was good, it was in a nice area but I did not like the fact that the hotel only had elevators and no stairs. As someone who is terrified of elevators it was a struggle. The breakfast that they offer was uncovered the entire time so tons of bugs were able to get on the uncovered food. But overall the stay was nice, the staff was excellent and attentive."

"As a last-minute booking during a 12-hour layover in Santiago, we chose the Holiday Inn for its proximity to the airport before the long journey home to Australia — and it was one of the best decisions we made. This was a great hotel. Despite being so close to the airport, it was impressively quiet. I managed to get 5–6 hours of solid sleep in a very comfortable bed, which made such a difference before our 1am flight. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was excellent, and we enjoyed a tasty and nutritious meal before heading back to the airport. For anyone needing rest and convenience during a layover, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"You got to check out this hotel it is absolutely amazing great location approximately 20 minutes from the city. Is also an Asian Indian restaurant one block away from the hotel. There's also a convenience store in that same location. There's also five or six restaurants that you can literally walk to. The staff was great nice little breakfast area in the garden area downstairs. You also have a buffet on the also which is the top floor where the beautiful lap pool, hot tub is located. 10 Stars great staff great customer service hats off to everyone keep up the good work!"
