Bathroom way to small. The toilet height is children size.....seriously have executive mgmt sit down on one of them and tell me that is comfortable.....ridiculous! No fan in bathroom...really!@$^.....BTW the famous chocolate cookies at check in were warm mush.....heated soggy dough.....not crispy like the last Doubletree I stayed in Bay City, MI

Just average. No closet in our room. The refrigerator froze all of our food because the door for the freezer was missing and the buffet was not worth the money. We requested the room to be cleaned for just one of the days during our stay and beds were thrown together. Overall nothing was a big deal but just not what I expected for a Hilton.

We stayed in the hotel 3 nights. The staff was not helpful at all. The lobby smelled of gasoline because of roofing work. I asked for my room to be cleaned one out of the 3 days. On that day, we came back at noon and saw that the roon was not clean. The cleaning cart was just 2 rooms away. So we left and came back at 4 pm and still the room was not cleaned. When i called the front desk, i was told that occupied rooms would get cleaned at the end of the shift. I said when is that? The guy said it's 5 pm. I said i was never told that and of all the hotels i stayed at, that's never been the case. For the fumes that were making me dizzy and afraid to eat at the onsite restaurant for breakfast, and the lack of room cleaning, can you give me a hotel credit? The guy said take it up with expedia because you booked with them. Not helpful. Then i went downstairs later to get some wash cloths and garbage bags. I asked for coffee from the coffee dispenser. Can you believe it's $3 and the guy said we don't offer complimentary coffee here. Hello! You want a bad review instead, I asked. The guy asked for my room number and looked away. I told him it'd be such a small gesture. He ignored me. There needs to be better customer service here.

Good Hotel in a Go Blue location

Location was excellent for a U of M visit. Not the best Hilton brand hotel I've been too - bit below average for the brand. There was a strong odor from either an adhesive or petroleum product in the hallway. It smelled like an auto repair shop. I am not sure if the hotel was being renovated or repairing a mechanical problem. Hopefully it was addressed and is no longer an issue.
