Only problem was with the elevator, it never started to go up until it opened and closed the door 3 times and the alarm sounded. There are only 3 floors and 1 elevator.

VERY pet friendly! My wife, whose sense of smell is quite unbelievable, said that the room smelled fine as long as the air conditioning was on, but smelled a little like urine when not. I did not notice any problem, and I doubt you will, either. This is no luxury property, but I thought the beds were comfortable, rooms and public areas were clean and, despite being right next to the highway, the interiors are quiet. (Outside is a different matter, and our dogs were just a little spooked by all the traffic noise.) There is ample grassy area for the pups to take care of their business. All in all a comfortable stay.

The idea that this would ever be considered 4 star is NUTS - 2.5 AT BEST. Worst pillows, AC is as loud as a jet engine, whole place is tired, worn down, and depressing. Such a bad choice of where to stay.
