I had the worst room location I have ever had in a hotel. If I was going to be there for another night, I would have asked to be moved. 6am to 630 am constant noise of door to hall way opening and closing and cleaning staff door opening and closing all morning.

Everything is excellent, the room is very clean but there’s one spot missed to be clean. The towels under sink area is full of dust behind the towel that make the towels are not hygiene. Please keep your customer healthy and thank you for your hard work to keep the room fantastic.

This is unusually rough for a DoubleTree. Clearly aging facility. Past it's prime, waiting for a facelift. Staff is fine. Restaurant is fine. No matter what you're doing here though, it feels old and well used. Room did not feel clean. Hairs in tub. At best it felt like new linens and a quick wipedown were all it got between visitors. There's got to be a reason you can get a DoubleTree room for slightly more than a Motel6; and now I know what it is.

I only live an hour from this hotel, so I was prepared for a run home if I needed it, but no need. From the approach, the hotel was attractive. Parking was at a bit of a premium, but I got it sorted. I needed an accessible room, which was accessible by elevator (fine for my needs,) but not on the first floor. Just specify your accessibility needs and I'm confident that the friendly staff will work hard to make it happen for you. I was greeted with a warm cookie and given a huge smile when I arrived. I had a few problems with my door keys, and they came to me to assist. The shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful when I couldn't find some of my belongings. (I found them.) And the people at the registration desk also made calls on my behalf. The housekeeping staff was tip-top. I never saw anything on the floors, sinks, showers, or beds - inside the rooms, or inside the conference spaces. The hotel offers tipping using a QR code service which was very convenient and assures you that the tip goes directly to the person you intend to tip. I really liked that feature. Overall, we had a great con there, and the staff treated everyone as though they were the most important person at the convention. Some people were in costume or makeup, and I'm sure some of the costumes were suprising, but the staff took it all in stride and treated everyone as though they were just another regular, but equally-important customer, and just helped everyone enjoy, relax, and have a good time. 5/5

I booked this hotel on Expedia in error at 7:45 pm for a reservation that same night Then I booked a different Hilton hotel in the area through Expedia for the same night- the correct hotel. Sent a message to Expedia to cancel the Doubletree within 15 minutes of making the reservation . Called the doubletree Annapolis front desk to cancel the hotel as well - they said Expedia had to do it. You cannnot call Expedia but I had already sent a message to them via the app to cancel. Booking made in error please cancel and neither one will refund the money. This is despite staying in a different Hilton- the same night - same area - same name! We did not check in to the Doubletree and the reservation was “live” for 15 minutes.

Staff was amazing!!! The place was clean!!! Bathroom was out dated and had a couple holes in the ceiling by the fan. Pillows were tiny, that was probably my biggest issue. Had a restaurant inside, didn’t stop in during the evening. Had breakfast, price was reasonable. Got the buffet, food was good!
