Step out back onto the screened porch to enjoy your morning coffee or gather for dinner at the picnic table surrounded by open yard and trees, fully surrounded by a new fence. With plenty of driveway parking and a rare sense of privacy so close to town, this spot blends small-town serenity with big-city convenience—perfect for a quiet getaway, work trip, or visit with family.

Once inside, the home features original hardwood floors throughout, a decorative fireplace (for show only), a dining room with seating for 4, a kitchen with newer appliances and all the basics, a recently updated bathroom with a stylish walk-in shower, and a bedroom with a queen bed.
