Ebony at the front desk was wonderful!! Great personality and was very efficient checking us in. Only complaints would be the rooms and hallways are aged and quality of the rooms, i.e. the towels , bedding, window shade was tattered and torn, etc. were not the quality of any Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. Just old. Very average hotel room. Room was clean.

First on my arrival I check in I called before I came to check on any extra expenses they told me parking was $25 dollars when I got there than they said $28 dollars ok then I took my car where they told I was going to be parking. There was know parking. Had to go back to them they said u can park next door. That took over a hour on trying to get it down loaded to be able to park. This is all happening when I arrive. Than I go out for a few hours get back and my tv didn’t work. I called the front desk they told me there’s nothing we can do til tomorrow so first night know tv. Ok I leave the next morning my husband ask the front desk man hey are we able to used that microwave behind the counter. He said u have one in your room. Come to find out we did not they had to bring one which took a few hours

The hotel is safe, clean and located in the pretty nice area of Buckhead. We took a dip in the pool a couple of times and appreciated that the showers were outside and that towels were stacked on hand. We also appreciate the "Grab Bags", the complimentary water bottles as well as the free hot daily breakfast. Staff was kind and courteous. Enjoyed our stay here.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s in a safe, walkable area and has plenty of restaurants, shops and a grocery store in walking distance. Most of all, it was very clean and up to date. We will be back!

$300. Dollars for incidentals are absolutely ridiculous! Tĥe rooms could be cleaner and updated more. Overall the property was nicer that a two star rated property. The staff were nice. Parking sucks as well. $84 dollars for 3 nights!
