This was my third time staying at this facility. Each time the staff was extremely helpful and polite. Location is key. Less than 2 blocks away from my job. The breakfast is nicely prepared and always kept clean. The building being part of the historic Atlanta is a cool factor as well.

Muito próxima do Parque olímpico, museu da coca cola e aquário. 5 a 10 minutos andando. Chuveiro com ótima pressão, cama confortável. Breakfast padrão hotel turístico americano, bem razoável. Hard rock 200 m. Atlanta ,assim como outras grandes cidades,repleta de moradores de rua.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn! The ladies who helped us check in were delightful & honestly every single staff member we encountered the entire stay were so warm and welcoming. The room was clean and well laid out for the 2 of us to stay for a few days. We felt very secure in the hotel and enjoyed how accessible the site is to everything in downtown Atlanta. We parked our car in the lot next to the hotel and did not have any issues getting in or out during our stay. We will definitely be back again!

I have stayed here before a few years ago and had no problem. When my daughter and I attempted to stay here, we were met with a room that had no air (their solution was a box fan), a door that wouldn't lock, and no parking space (even though I had paid for parking). We did not feel safe, so we checked out of the hotel that night and went ahead and drove home. It was a very disappointing experience. I was told the manager would contact me today, but have not heard. I'll be reaching out to them tomorrow.

Parking situation sucks!

We're EXTREMELY disappointed with the parking situation. There weren't enough spots for all of the residents who paid for parking, and we ended up parking on the street one night. That was totally unacceptable to us. If you charge residents for parking, they should be guaranteed a place to park!!
