It was okay, good for a one night stand. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and professional – check in went smoothly. However, three small pillows in the center of a king size bed was not what I expected as well as the large tattered pull down shade. When I turned off all the lights it seemed as if I left a 40 watt bulb on somewhere.

Very good extended stay hotel. Clean well appointed rooms, well staffed and appointed. The location is walking distance to stores, restaurants and transit. I could not have had a better place to stay at a trying time for me personally.

When we arrived, we had to wait at the front desk for nearly 20 minutes waiting for them to solve a problem for the guy in front of us. When I kindly said (after 15 min of waiting) that we were just there to check in and asked if someone else could help us, the guy just said “no”. When we got in our room there was some type of black ash on the beds. I called the front desk and asked for another pillow and the guy (same one as earlier) cut me off before I even finished and said “we don’t go no more pillows”. I was seriously appalled at that response. The breakfast in the morning was extremely crowded for a very small space and they were out of milk in a short time and they did not refill it. Also our shower had hairs all over it, different men’s and women’s. I will probably not stay at a Home2Suites ever again.

The room was great, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very cordial. Asked for a little late due to my elderly parents being with me, and they accepted. The breakfast was great. And the mall is nearby/almost walking distance.
