The manager was very rude. I had to stand outside in the pouring rain and cold, ringing the doorbell repeatedly before anyone would let me in the building. His first words to me was I heard you the first time you rang the doorbell. I had to request a room change because the first room they put me in. There was urine on the floor on the toilet and clearly the bathroom had not been cleaned. Again, I had to deal with the same manager, and he was rude again.

Room was clean and available on arrival. Bathroom was smaller than airplane toilets, but much cleaner. Hotel breakfast was truly horrible and served cold after 45 minutes. Hotel staff was helpful and courteous. Location is great.

the room could have been cleaner the prices are expensive for having to brush your teeth while you poop, tiny restrooms. Great staff they hooked it up with a $13 water bottle comped right when I got there.

I thought this hotel was very nice and conveniently located! Don at the front desk was so funny and great host! Really nice customer service. The female bartender also gave us a great restaurant recco next door for Lila & Lyla and it was excellent!

Nice, hip, modern decor.

Cute, modern decor. Clean but rooms were a little run down like walls and floors and such. Isaiah at the front desk was amazing!!!!! Very central location.

The historical preservation fee is excessive given that the bathrooms are tiny and the facilities not of high quality. The Pride parade occurred and it was difficult to get in and out and the hotel seemed more about the parade than helping the hotel guests.
