They had roaches and the interior was awful the hot water barely work doors had dents in them and the lock wouldn’t lock on the door

Staff not customer service orienited or friendly. Changed reservation we had and tried to charge more but we showed confirmation. Rooms could be cleaner and noises ah night from guests and felt as if I got ate by bugs so had to purchase bug spray just to be able to stay night.

Everything was fine room clean except for in the morning went to take a shower and the side a of building I was on had no hot water... COLD SHOWER... BURRRRR

I requested a non smoking room and was given a room filed with smoke that i could barely breath. The blanket on bex had burnt smoke marks

Perfect for the price!

For the price I would say it doesn't get any better. It was just me by myself. It wasn't an area that was safe I didn't feel like I was going to get stabbed or shot. There weren't random hoodlums walking around at all hours. The room was comfortable and everything was clean. I always do a bed check and check for bugs and things that may have been left under the bed and everything was clear. The only thing I would have to say is that it's painfully obvious that the people that renovated were under-qualified. The shower heads need to be replaced and there really needs to be new faucets and Hardware installed because they were coming out of the wall when I tried to use them. I'm not sure what was going on with the shower but it seem like anytime anybody else in the building would flush a toilet or turn their shower on my water would change from hot to cold so I had to take pretty fast showers. But I was only there for a night and like I said for the price it's not so bad. There was a Rowdy drunk that checked in at about 2 in the morning right next door. I had to call and complain but they seem to fix the issue pretty fast so I was pleased with that
