This is a two tower property where one tower is long term rental and the other is short term rental like a hotel. My room faced a street and the noise was negligible. It was spacious and had a washer and dryer that was great. Many restaurants are within walking distance. If you are staying longer, you will need to drive to a supermarket. I had a one bedroom with a full sized bed. A king or queen would have been better. It was very quiet despite facing a busy street. It took a little while for the apartment to heat up and there was a slight echo because there’s nothing on the walls and no carpet in the kitchen/living room. It is easy to get an uber and there’s several restaurants within walking distance.

This facility seems to be apartments that are also hotel rooms. The check-in process is impersonal and you have to check yourself in on a computer - not how I prefer to check into a hotel. Immediately after we checked in someone with a dog fell to the floor hard directly behind us because the floor had just been mopped but there was no sign marking the floor as wet - oof. The rooms are clean. The ironing board was obviously broken and should have been replaced long ago - it collapsed as I was ironing and could have ended badly. I had to take a multi-tool and fix the ironing board before I could continue. You get two cans of water in your room. There was an intermittent beeping noise - turned out to be the dishwasher which was empty but also had been run? I got lost a couple of times as there are no signs at all telling you where things are but I survived. Its clean, its quiet, the staff are friendly - just some weirdness in other areas.

Room smelled like cigarettes, there were no towels in the room once I arrived at 4. Asked for them several time and they were finally brought to the room around 10pm. After going to the desk which no one was there for over 10 minutes. The hallway smelled terrible.
