Perfect for our one night stay as we were able to walk to the Jervois Road Wine Bar where we wanted to go. Recommend checking out their live music. Such a vibe. Plus it’s easy to walk home from the other nightlife of Ponsonby Road. Very nice room. Small but ideal for two. Clean with a small kitchenette which we never used. Good shower. Comfy bed. Off street parking. And cheap!

Very clean and tidy, easy check-in and comfortable room, not huge but well set up. Surprisingly quiet, given the location on a fairly busy road. Access to shops, restaurants and everything you need is extremely close, easy walk to eateries and coffee shops. A very pleasant stay.

Very friendly helpful staff. Our upstairs room was light and airy and it was good to be able to open the windows. The view was great and the sun poured in early morning. A friend had a health incident while trying to visit my husband and the staff were very helpful in msnaging a crisis.

Check in was a breeze. The hotel is in a fantastic location, a short walk to everything Ponsonby has to offer. The room itself was small but had everything the 4 of us required. The only issue we had was a front door that was very hard to open, so much so our 13 year old couldn’t open it. Gotta love free parking and the 1 min drive to get on the motorway north. We will be back!

I appreciate that the staff/management are agreeable and considerate people, and my stay went well without any issues. Parking is on site, and location is very good. Rooms are spacious as well, with areas to smoke in the hallways and balconies!
