Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable. The free parking for 7 days was great for us aswell as the free airport shuttle. Great service!

Awful smell as soon as you walk in was going to book something else but since I was only there till 3am in the morning decided to stay. Couldnt wait to get out of there. The asian guy at reception I found hard to understand. Right next to mangrere community hall so had loud music playing till 8 pm. Would not recommend go somewhere else..

The staff were helpful in assisting us to resolve the problems caused by Expedia's confusing booking system. The room had a lovely outlook upon the historic Grafton cemetery. But the room itself was quite shabby, there was no daily housekeeping, the staff often don't answer the phone if you ring to query the booking, and the parking is diabolical. If you have a large car you probably won't be able to fit in there.

Great for the amount you pay. Nice and tidy room for our family of 6 for 2 nights. Gets a bit noisy at night with the traffic and there’s a barking dog chained up across the road that barked all night (only on the first night though). Otherwise would definitely book again just for a place to sleep and not too far from everything. Staff were nice too.

We did not feel safe, too scare to leave our stuff in our room. Very limited stuff. Had difficulty with language barrier. Choose place for the location and free shuttle service but ended up doing airport drop off myself as they would only take them 2.5 hours earlier than wanted. It was cheap but didn’t appreciate being woken all night by loud music and bottle skip being emptied at 4.30am
