Sketchy property. Literally did not see one employee the entire stay. Don't be fooled by "airport shuttle" unless you need to leave for the airport between 9am and 5pm and hope the guy is willing to break away from whatever they do. Dirty and dark outside. I wouldn't let my wife walk the property without me. Comfy bed if that is all you are looking for.

Nasty
This was truly the most disgusting place to stay. What you see in the pictures on line is far from what you get. I literally feared for my safety and when I asked for a refund so I could go stay somewhere else, clean and safe, they said no and that was after I pointed out all the nasty faults of this motel. Why the health department hasn't shut this place down shocks me or maybe it's because nobody has filed a complaint. Guess I'll be the one to do so!

Got more than I expected
The office manager / driver was wonderful. We were there for two nights before catching our flight out, and she made recommendations on where we could shop, eat, and where we should go for a treat. The area was a mixture of residential and industrial, so her advise was welcomed. This is not a 5-star resort, but for what I paid for I got much more than expected. We had a large room, with a kitchenette, queen bed, and sleeper sofa. Plenty of room for us to relax and decompress before heading back. Will definitely use them again if I need a stay in Auckland.
