The bed was terrible. It was caved in in the middle, the water was cold even with the hot tap on full max. There was no car parking even tho it’s said online there was car parks. They decided not to charge our room untill after we checked out which was very strange because I thought I was already paid when we checked in. Will never return again

The roof top pool & spa was nice. Everything else was average. Weird smelling rooms, nothing seems to be updated since the 80s and the $200 bond system was odd and no mention of it at booking. Would suggest bringing $200 cash to use as the bond as it is inconvenient waiting for room service to check the room.

The rooftop pool and heated spa is awesome. Kitchen in room is perfect for breakfast. Near Weta Workshop store, casino and Sky Tower.

Large space for our family of 4 but the smell of cleaning solution was strong. We opened all the windows our first night. Awesome outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The sauna was dated but good enough. Close to all the sites and helpful staff. I booked an Expedia package with flight and hotel. I should’ve looked more carefully as I would’ve wanted a slightly nicer hotel to land into.

It’s great value for what you get. It’s centrally located and has great facilities with heated outdoor pool., spa pool, indoor pool and sauna. The rooms are in need of a refresh but were clean and more spacious than other central hotels. The deluxe double had a full kitchen and separated bedroom areas so there was plenty of room for few adults and two teens. Definately recommend.

It was great experience. Extra large space gives you very comfortable. Because it is heritage building, there are some very outdated rooms. However the friendly staff recognized and changed room in very nice space. She explained it could be happen because it is under renovation. I would definitely comeback

We stayed in the tower. Signage to the pool on 2nd floor is not easy to find. We stayed for 2 nights.we were bought robes and blankets after we checked in. We put a sign on the door to have our room clean whilst we were out the next day but had to call housekeeping as nothing was done. Overall 2 pools, 2 gyms, 2 spas and sauna. Great place to stay

We stayed only 1 at this accommodation but it was just fantastic!!! We loved the room, pools, gym, spa ….plus if you park your car in the hotel car park the staff put the car away for you and when you leave they bring the car to you with a smile on their face. Will definitely be back Definitely recommend A+++++++ Thank you :)
