This is a nice convenient place to stay if needing somewhere day before or after a flight from the airport or just a night stop close to Auckland. Room was small but seeing as we were using it as a bed for the night it didn't bother us. To say it was near the airport and a busy shopping/eating place very little (if any) outside noise can be heard.
