The room was very clean and perfect size for 2 people. Ample room for bags and bed very comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walking distance. The room is a little dark as we booked the studio but everything else more than made up for it.

I was fortunate enough to be able to check in early. I don’t know if this is regular policy, but it was gratefully accepted. The hotel is well situated and easily walkable to Queen Street, the waterfront, Woolworth’s, restaurants, and other places in the CBD.

I would give this property top marks for what it is. Seems a cross between an apartment and a hotel room. Not for you if you want everything that you would expect from a hotel. Brilliant if you are a bit self sufficient. Excellent central city base for visiting in and around the big A.

Imagine Beach Road was a great place to stay, easy walking to shopping, art Gallery, ferries and Vector arena. The staff were friendly and it was very clean and tidy. I would definitely stay again.

The reverse cycle heater did not work and it was cold, took out heater from cupboard but cumbersome to install No person at reception and the bell on the outer door did not work room carpet was dirty and kettle was stained
