Very pleasant staff dealing with issues beyond their control. Conner was great . The trouble was that our room had some issues and they put us in an inferior hotel of the same chain as no other options.

The room was spotless , the bed very comfortable and the staff were very courteous friendly and helpful. I ate in the dining room at dinner and of course breakfast , the food was delicious, I was able to store my luggage as my flight back to the UK was an evening departure.
