Hotel was ideal for a first night in NZ given a late arrival into Auckland. Clean room, comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast. But when did an architect ever think that a glass wall (frosted) between a bedroom and a bathroom was a good thing ?( minor observation, but why ?)

The room was clean and comfortable. The opaque glass between the main living area and the shower is unnecessary and maybe uncomfortable for some. When we went to eat in the restaurant we were asked if we had reservations, which we did not. It was very busy. I feel when we checked in the person at reception should have told us we needed a reservation for the restaurant.
