Nice view of the Sky City from our room was the highlight of our stay (Rm 409). The room was spotless and has everything that we needed. Friendly staff. Room was spotless. The whole hotel smells really nice. Good location, quiet even it’s along the main road, handy to everything we needed to be. We will definitely stay again and hopefully to get the same room next time.

The room was great, facilities were great, staff was helpful and everything as expected, the only item to note that wasnt great was the walk to the carpark - while a walk is ok, at night time in the darl is not ideal and thankfully it wasnt raining, and i didnt get instructions on how to get there via the back way, simply around the road... could be a bit disconcerning for a overseas person?

Great stay

Walkable location to Wynyard quarter and other main areas. Modern, clean room with a big comfy bed. Soundproofing was pretty decent, we weren’t disrupted by much apart from the loud closing of the room doors (perhaps a sign on door to encourage people to not let them slam shut would help).

Great location and in spite of its proximity to the motorway, room was very quiet. Having the supermarket 3 minutes walk away is also very convenient. The dishwasher wasn’t working and they knew this when they put me in the room so that was a touch annoying but once I reported the issue, house keeping kindly washed up all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
