The room was well cared for, clean and pleasant. The location was perfect for where I needed to be, albeit in a bit of a cafe/ coffee shop/ amenities desert, so difficult to find places for breakfast etc. The staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant.

The place was quiet and within walking distance of the harbour. It was nice to have a kitchen and dining area in the suite. The staff were friendly and provided suggestions on restaurants. We liked the $15 breakfast that you can order.

The super studio was a perfect couple of night stay staff were lovely and welcoming Only thing I would say is our fridge was extremely cold and my partner woke up to frozen milk. Overall would 100% come back thank you for having us

The room was clean though the bathroom was a bit run down. The location was excellent for a show at Spark arena. It says self parking is available, I didn’t realise that this was at a cost of $25 a night.

Staff is friendly and helpful. It's nice to have a washer and dryer in the room. It is like a small apartment with a small kitchen. Parking is not free, and parking space is tiny; you need to have a small subcompact car to fit into the parking space. If you have a mid-size or bigger car, you might not be able to open your door after you parked.

Only thing's were small carpark (not good for large Suv or 4wd..) which I had and balcony sliding door nearly impossible to open though I was informed it was going to be fixed the day of my departure. The staff were great but the property is dated. Our shower was leaking, there was black hair dye on our mirror, you only got one pillow per person, towels were paper thin and there was no heat pump - just a tiny heater hidden away. The curtains were too short for the window and not attached at the end so you spent ages trying to close them, which you needed to do as the neighbouring property looks right in on you
