Good but not flawless.
Generally good. We were grateful for any early checkIn. Large comfortable room. The instructions to get ice on the tv were wrong. However once we were able to order ice, it was delivered very quickly. Not generous with amenities, (no shower cap, tiny pieces of soap) Lobby furniture was extremely uncomfortable.Check out procedure took way too long, multiple steps and questions. Orbit restaurant had good service and views but just average food and terrible cocktails.

I had higher expectations especially for a hotel in Skycity, our bathroom didn’t have a bath and the tv didn’t function properly. At many other hotels tv channels are free but you had to pay for it here. Personally don’t think this hotel is worth the price.
