The beds were super comfy and the pillows very soft. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were all very fragrant smelling, we loved it. The rooms were spacious and all necessary amenities for travelers were there.

The room was spotless and had a good view. Everything went well except we were not given the right direction to the theatre which was tough on elderly relatives (were told to go via Hobson Street!!)

The room very very neglected, corners needed to be vacuumed thoroughly, dirty tissues under the tv on the floor, the main door to the room would get caught on the vent above and would not close, the bathroom door was stuck and you could not close it fully and would struggle to open as well. The shower seat would not stay up when using the shower, which meant that you would need to lean over the seat or sit down, the shower curtain did nothing to stop the water from flowing over the tiles which became a dangerous slip in slide, and to add that the shower water pressure did not exist and felt like you werent able to clean yourself properly, no water bottles provided which was a shame as the tap water would not provide cold water. What would normally be an amazing stay at Skycity, turned in to a bit of a nightmare stay, considering the rooms were quite expensive this stay.
