Olivia on reception was outstanding. There were issues with our pre-booked parking space being occupied and she sorted out efficiently and confidently. Great location for the hospital too. Room was a little shabby, carpet needs replacing, but overall great value for money and would recommend.

Very clean, staff was excellent. I had asked at check in if I called in the morning could they call me a taxi. He said he would reserve one for me as soon as I was checked in. I have to admit, I was dubious he would remember- they were busy. To my delight when I came down to checkout, the taxi was already waiting.

Would have like access back to room through the stairs leaving room came down stairs but going back up had to wait for another hotel person so I could be with someone in lift as I don’t like been by myself in lift had a terrible fright years ago so can’t go by myself in lift but otherwise excellent

Parking near the hotel is difficult, but you can book a car park for $30 a night. Once in the carpark itsceasy to get to the rooms using a lift. My room was very spacious with a separate bedroom. I willbstay here again
