schönes renoviertes Fachwerkhaus

Sehr schönes, liebevoll renoviertes großes Fachwerkhaus in der NĂ€he von Frankfurt (etwa 30min Autofahrt), inkl. ParkplĂ€tze im Hof. Wir waren fĂŒr 3 NĂ€chte mit 8 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort und hatten das 1. OG Dachgeschoss vorbereitet bekommen. Die Unterkunft ist top in der Ausstattung, alles wichtige ist vorhanden (Hochstuhl fĂŒr Kleinkinder, moderne BĂ€der, voll ausgestattete KĂŒche. Nur der Esstisch im 1. OG ist nur fĂŒr 8 Personen ausgelegt, mit 10 Personen war er sehr eng. Es gibt keinen Garten, dafĂŒr ist man aber in Ortsrandlage und mit den Kindern schnell im GrĂŒnen bei Schafen, HĂŒhnern und Pferden, auch kleine SpielplĂ€tze sind fußlĂ€ufig schnell erreichbar.

Het is een mooi huisje. Alles is netjes verzorgd. Alleen wat we wel jammer vonden dat er geen muggen gaas voor de ramen zit. Dus we kregen last van muggen. En er was verwarring over de boeking en advertie die boeking aanbood. Maar dat is goed opgelost. Ik zou dit huis wel aanraden.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Wir haben mit der Familie ein paar schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Unterkunft war grundsĂ€tzlich gut und nett eingerichtet, was uns gefallen hat. Es gab jedoch ein paar Punkte, die nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprochen haben.ZunĂ€chst gab es etwas Verwirrung beim Inserat, da die Angaben zur Wohnung nicht ganz klar waren. Wir gingen von 6 Schlafzimmern und 3 BĂ€dern aus, vorgefunden haben wir jedoch nur drei bis vier Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer sowie eine separate Toilette. Diese Diskrepanz war etwas enttĂ€uschend.Ein weiterer Punkt, der nicht ideal war, betraf den Esstisch. Obwohl die Wohnung fĂŒr 10 Personen angegeben war, war der Platz am Esstisch sehr beengt, was das gemeinsame Essen etwas schwierig gestaltete.Trotz dieser kleineren Unannehmlichkeiten hatten wir insgesamt eine schöne Zeit und können die Wohnung, mit etwas VerstĂ€ndnis fĂŒr die genannten Punkte, weiterempfehlen

Nous Ă©tions 10 adultes & 2 bĂ©bĂ©s de respectivement 16 & 17 mois. Points positifs : 1) hĂ©bergement trĂšs propre, parking. 2) Nous avions signalĂ© Ă  l'hĂŽte que nous Ă©tions avec 2 bĂ©bĂ©s et il a pu nous mettre une chaise bĂ©bĂ© Ă  disposition. 3) Produits lessiviels & d'entretien Ă  disposition. 4) Logement neuf. 5) Joli village avec nombreuses promenades & plaines de jeux. Points Ă  amĂ©liorer : 1) description du logement : il s'agit en fait de deux logements qui peuvent ĂȘtre louĂ©s sĂ©parĂ©ment ? Logement du 1er Ă©tage se compose de : 2 chambres communicantes (une grande avec 3 lits d'une personne, une bcp plus petite avec 2lits d'une personne) et une autre chambre (2 lits d'une personne), la salle de bain se compose : d'un wc, d'une baignoire & une douche Ă  l'italienne, une machine Ă  laver. Il y a en plus un wc sĂ©parĂ©. Une cuisine. Le logement du rdc se compose de 2 chambres une avec un lit double, l'autre avec 3 lits d'une personne. Une salle de bain avec wc et machine Ă  laver avec sĂšche linge intĂ©grĂ©. Une cuisine amĂ©ricaine et un salon. 2) Equipement vaisselle: il n'y avait que 10 verres Ă  eau & quelques verres en plasique pas de verre Ă  vin, pas de tire bouchon. Il n'y avait que 8 chaises & la table pour manger Ă  10 Ă©tait "juste".

Ruhige Lage, kommunikativer Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und gerade erst eingerichtet. An einigen Stellen fehlt etwas, aber Herr Kostera war immer erreichbar und kĂŒmmerte sich sofort, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Das Inserat ist fĂŒr zwei Wohnungen im selben Haus, aber je nach GruppengrĂ¶ĂŸe bekommt man nur eine. Das war beim Check-in etwas ĂŒberraschend, aber wir haben uns gut eingerichtet. Anzahl Betten und Zusammenstellung lĂ€sst sich je nach Gruppe organisieren; auch das hat in Absprache mit dem Vermieter prima geklappt. Der Ortsteil von Babenhausen ist ruhig, so dass man im Sommer problemlos bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann.
