Bed was comfortable. Holding slightly older but really convenient location. Wish they would stop using plastic cups and plastic wrap in the rooms - it’s bad for the environment. Just leave us two glasses.

A lovely hotel overa

Overall, this hotel was a nice place to spend our 3-day stop in Baddeck, NS. The grounds are lovely, our room was very spacious and comfortable, the staff & service friendly and courteous. Most notable was the great job their housekeeping did to keep our room sparkling clean! If there was anything that should be considered for improvement, it would be the very poor reception the cable TV service had. Our room was not the only one noting this as our friend's room had the same issue. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely view over Bras D'or lake. Dining on site after a long drive was most welcome. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean, but a little dated. Internet service was very slow....and one of the reasons for a 4 rather than 5 star rating.

Auberge Gisele's Inn is conveniently situated at the edge of Baddeck. Check-in was quick and easy and there was an elevator available for our room on the second floor. Their restaurant is open for both breakfast and dinner. Our room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Very nice. We enjoyed the fireplace. We had a nice hotel roo with space that we needed. Outlets are always an issue for us but we made due. We were there 2 nights, mostly to sleep.
