Excellent location and amazing view from room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant looked very nice and was extremely busy so ended up going into town where there were lots of great options also. Room was well furnished and comfortable; our room had poor TV picture quality and the coffee machine leaked so could not be used. However on a trip like this neither are really needed so wasn’t really a major issue though not expected.

Beautiful property. Well kept. In the historic home of Alexander Graham Bell. Surrounded by the incredible Bras d’Or Lakes and close to the Cabot Trail and National Park. A good starting point for your Cape Breton adventure.

The beds are so comfortable. Flew in on the red eye and arrived in Baddeck early. Front desk allowed us to check in well before check in time. Awesome service and very accommodating

We really enjoyed our stay at Auberge Gisele's! The location is excellent-- just a short walk to the main drag, making it super convenient. Our room was very nice, spacious, clean, and cozy. Bathroom amenities were great, and the staff was very kind and helpful! Would definitely stay there again.

Nice place…

The unit was clean and remodeled, air conditioner a bit loud but we turned it off at night and the room stayed cool. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so cannot comment on the food (we wanted to try quaint little places and restaurants nearby i.e. Bean There and The Freight House) tho the dining area looked nice. The beds were somewhat soft but still acceptable. Overall a good stay, price higher I’m sure due to high travel season…
