The convcience to nearby stores and restaurants was great. Getting in and out of the property on either side was a little iffy because of high speed traffic in low a mph zone, no fault to the hotel. The only ice machine in the building was on the 5th floor.

Decent - you get what you pay for

The amenities and room condition were fine - no particular complaints. Most of the employees were polite and friendly except for one receptionist, who was standoffish and unhelpful. Would stay again if the price stayed the same as the location is relatively convenient, but wouldn't recommend for light sleepers. The traffic noise is constant.

Excellent accommodations. I stayed here for three days for a business trip. The room was comfortable and the bathroom mostly clean (found a few small hairs in the bathroom). The complimentary breakfast provided eggs, sausage patties, 3 varieties of cereal, waffles, fruit, yoga, and of course juice/coffee/milk and bagels/toast. The staff was nice and even called me up when I left an item at the front desk. I definitely appreciated that! I like that smokers have a smoking area outside the hotel which I like since I am asthmatic. All in all it was a good stay.
