I was locked out of my room and was supposed to receive a call from Front Desk manager but they never called. Maintenance personnel had to come hook a computer to the door because even his universal key didn’t work.

Room service response time could have been a bit more prompt—I had to call three times for a blanket. However, the young lady from guest services personally brought it to me, which was very kind and appreciated. Overall, the establishment was clean, quiet, and inviting.
