Horrible is an understatement
The room had roaches and other bugs. The bed sagged in the middle and there was no WIFI even though it advertises it. When I asked for help with the WIFI at the front desk no one helped and I was told it's complementary and if it didn't work in my room oh well. I had to use WIFI in the freezing cold outdoor lobby. I had booked three nights but left after the first night.

Comfortable and Spacious
This rooms in this hotel has plenty of space and a high level of comfort for the price I paid. I recommend this hotel as a place to stay for anyone who takes a trip to Baltimore or is stranded and has to spend at least one night here.

Unsafe neighborhood, room service came and refreshed towels, but did not remake bed and did not restock toilet paper, screw points poking through one side of wall, safe was broken, toilet was positioned almost underneath sink, no fridge/microwave/coffee maker as those are only in studio at motel six And this is not very well advertised on Expedia or other websites. Ice machine unplugged.

The check in was fine but once in the room there was no microwave nor fridge. The outlets in the room didn't work so charging my phone wasn't an option. When asking the front desk where I could heat up my food, I was told I would have to pay $10 to get a room with a microwave then was told I couldn't because I reserved a room with Motel 6. Very difficult process.
