Lodgers had to wait in line for someone to arrive to check them in for the night. There were obvious staffing issues. One of the beds in our two bed room room was very obviously dirty from the prior lodger. We chose to sleep in the clean bed rather than sleep in our own. The soda dispensing machine in the lobby was obviously broken but staff said that they did not own the machine, rather than placing a sign on it that warned lodgers that it was malfunctioning (I watched 3 people after me place coins in the machine, no soda was dispensed, change was not refunded. It was a sad experience.
