The room was in good condition but it wasn't the king room i paid for. So ny 35yr anniversary staycation started going down. So we took the double queen..then really wanted to relax and boom hot tub was being maintenance. I got really sad..one good thing staff did approved late check out i asked for.

The king sized bed room I booked in advance was given to someone else. The manager absolutely did not care or try to help resolve. She didn’t apologize and said I could either take a double bed room or leave with a refund. I stressed that I got a confirmation no three days prior and asked for the corporate number. Her response was she didn’t have it and to find it with Google! I have never been spoken to the way this manager did and will probably not use Expedia again.

Nothing sweet about the Springhill Suites

Girls trip to Maryland and staying at the Spring Hill Suites. The pictures online make it look bigger than in person. The space was clean and smelled fresh. The elevator rugs were dirty and only one elevator worked. Our room was clean and tidy but smaller than online, the bathroom sink was clogged after a few uses. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not clean when we first arrived, the door to the room was open left by housekeeping, The mattress and pull out bed itself were dirty the tub walls were yellow there were stains on the towels.
