The hotel was great. The service was wonderful. I check out in July 2 so today is the 20th. I was looking in my account. I seethe hotel charge me $150 the 20th that I am not in Baltimore am I I am in Boston Massachusetts, so I called them to discuss the charge. They said they will return my call in two hours until now that’s been like eight hours. Nobody returned the call back

Nice staff. Clean rooms. Pool area frequently out of towels, guests keeping outside door to patio leaving hot air in. Fitness center was ok . Breakfast was good but not my style of food. Rooms were clean , slow to get hot water from the faucet, no freezer section in frig.

The room was satisfactory,. The only complaint is that other guest on our floor were smoking Marijuana and the smell was overwhelming in the hall and also seeped into our room. All rooms are "Non-smoking ". When notifying the front desk about it, they didn't seem to concerned to address the issue.

First have to say the Staff was nice and cordial …with that being said this facility is just lacking good up keep.. remember the elevator being dirty and the blankets in the room not smelling fresh…won’t say they were dirty but they definitely didnt seem as if the blankets had been changed. Besides that it was an ok stay!

If you are flying out of BWI this is one of the best. Awesome breakfast, check out the photos not seen such a good spread anywhere recently. This has a pool so you expect lots of kids and noise on the lobby. But the rooms are pretty new and Clean with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Got good food options nearby and bwi is 5 mins away with shuttle service

The place was clean and nice. It did have a few bugs in it. The only thing that I didn’t like the place is that my medication was on the table and when I got back to my room it was on the floor in the corner and some pills were gone.
