The bar was a lot of fun, it was crowded but the bartender did a good job taking care of everyone. Very fun vibe. Perfect location, can walk to the Hippodrome theater. Parking garage right across the street is so convenient.

Stay was horrible. Room was dark not enough lighting. Front desk staff stated that I could get a lamp. Maintenance came up to a complete an assessment and told me to sit on the other side of the room. So, inappropriate. Also, the light on my bed did not work. He sated he could fix that and never returned to fix it or bring a lamp. I saw maintenance man when leaving out for the night for a concert and asked about the lamp he ignored me. I reported this to the front desk manager and he did nothing. I asked when would he general manager be in and I was told the next day but no one knew the time. The say was not pleasant, the rooms were outdated. I believe that because my room was booked with a third party (Expedia) the hotel did not provide me with an updated room. They but me and my family member in a room that was not adequate at all. Honestly, I am requesting an entire refund.

The hotel called me 10 minutes before my arrival to tell me my room I had reserved a week prior was canceled due to a booking error. They could of called hours ealier instead of the last few minutes. This caused me to have I find a hotel room last minutes which was inconvenient. If I must say this. People please stay away from this hotel and find a better alternate.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. The only thing we didn't like was the area in which the hotel was. Unsafe and dirty. Definitely do not recommend walking around alone. People in the streets smoking pot...thats all we could smell. People sleeping outside hotel and people hanging out on all street corners. Its Baltimore, so I kind of knew what to expect but this was really bad and as i mentioned before, unsafe.
