The staff was amazing, kind and professional. I am upset that I forgot her name but I believe it starts with an "N"? The only complaint was the heater in our room was soooooo loud. It literally woke me out my sleep. The only reason I didnt ask for a room change was because we were such a late check in, I just wanted to rest.

I was driving up north and was a little tired so i stop to rest. I only stayed 1 night and did not have breakfast. The hotel is clean and I felt safe. Was able to find parking late night. I would stay again if the need arises.

Bathroom had no stopper to take a bath. The beds were terrible. Weve stayed at numerous townsuites and never that bad. There were stains on pull out couch. And its been a week and still havent received refund for security deposit.
