We sent an email asking about airport pick up and information, and never received a response. After making a phone call, we eventually did get the information that we needed. Check-in went very smoothly and were able to get into the room rather quickly The hotel room was decent, but there we only 2 small pillows which didn’t provide the best rest. Our bathroom had conditioner and lotion, but no shampoo, so the amenities were minimal. The hairdryer in the bathroom was practically falling off the wall and carpets and flooring need a little attention. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room that were functional. There was also a very large TV that was nice to utilize with decent choice of channels.

Booked for 3 days and I had no money to book another hotel as they held $100 on top of the $300 I paid for ; nights.The worst experience of my life in a hotel.I was bitten by bed bugs all 3 nights.The first room 222 was worse.They moved me to 525 the second night and I slept on top of the bed ,had to bug my own blanket to stay warm and the bugs still got to Me.I have never been so miserable in a hotel room in my life. Smell in the hotel was terrible and it wasn’t clean.
