This is a recently remodelled apartment in Barcelona city centre. The apartment is very well located, just 5 minute walk to Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia and all the main buildings. The apartment is also very well connected with all transports, buses and tube.

The apartmet is located in the fist floor which was normally the most elegant and the main noble floor.

This two bedroom apartment has very big closets to keep the luggage and clothes. In the main bedroom there is a balcony with nice views to the street and in the other bedroom there is a work area with a large table and a comfortable chair.

The bedrooms and bathroom area are separated by a door from the open kitchen, living room and dining room. The bathroom has a big shower.

Perfect for families with one child.

Lovely centrally located Apartment

Great location. Apartment was spacious, clean, with a fully stocked kitchen. Management was easly to communicate with. Bakery, small grocery store and awesome Argentinian steakhouse in the same building right below the apartment. Hop on/off bus tour was only 10 - 15 minute walk away and the old town was only about 15 minute walk.

Truly had an amazing week here and it is WAY better than advertised! We were here for a wedding and had many friends staying at The Palace hotel RIGHT across the street (850usd/night for one bedroom!) and this was even better! Full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, two beds amazing! The hot water wasn’t working and they sent someone immediately and fixed it. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again

Appartement tres bien situé , proche de la place Catalogne, de la Rambla, du quartier Gothique. Accès facile aux bus et métro . Petits supermarchés proches : Aldi à 5mn à pied et autres petits suoermercat. Possibilité de prendre des cafés et viennoiseries à emporter au pied de l’appartement. Grand frigidaire et partie congélateur. Par contre fer à repasser défectueux , a fait sauter deux fois les plombs.seul bémol . La literie est excellente , Conseil: prendre ticket de bus touristique dès le matin vers 9/10 h permet de faire plein d’arrets pour visiter les lieux incontournables et ce pour 33€ par personne. Un séjour inoubliable dans une ville magnifique.
