Nice pool area and beautiful room and bathroom. Noise carried quite a lot from corridors and I was woken a few times by people leaving the hotel in the very early hours of the morning. Breakfast range was great, huge dining room made it really busy though - had to queue often. Be aware that as soon as it gets to end of breakfast service they will start packing food away promptly. Although staff often pop over to let you know. Very clean and well maintained property.

Central Location

An elevated room with a nice view! Can’t beat this location in Las Ramblas, walking distance to many shopping areas and restaurants. Front desk service was kind. Pool is a bit small but it is nice with the bar/lounging area. Gym only has 2 pieces of cardio equipment, no resistance equipment nor free weights. Breakfast buffet was amazing and had a wide selection. I would stay again for a short visit.

The hotel is located near lots of restaurant and places to eat. It is walkable to many attractions if you don't mind walking. Hotel has a new and old side and we were not in the new refurbish part of the rooms. The staff was nice and sometime housekeeping forgot to fill in the toiletries tray. I like that they do provide toothbrush for you. We stayed for 5 nights and will stay here again,

Not good not disaster

The best thing about this hotel is excellent location. Staff was polite and ready to help, but everything else was not so good. Very noisy, not for couples, many children who are running and screaming during the night and day. We get a room 115 which was spacy but located at the same level as pool and bar, we couldnt move the curtains during the whole stay, and also listening all people who were at the pool during the day. We have tried twice some food from pool bar, it was quite bad, but alao expensive. Hotel have a lot of potential but it is not used obvioulsy.

Our room was not ready at 3pm when we check in, we had to wait a while. I wish there are more people at the help desk, service was taking a while. However, the room is very clean, bathroom has been remodeled with double sinks, very nice shower and the beds are very comfortable. Overall is good.
