This hotel has issues . Restaurant on Saturday night did not want to serve us dinner even though almost empty. They claimed to be booked for a party at 9:30 pm and this was 7:30 pm. We were not told this upon arrival. I had to state I am a diabetic and must eat or I would get sick. No real front desk only a big table. Other traveler interrupted my check in process and gal at this table did not tell him to get in line. No privacy at all. Would not stay again. Noisy from kids running and dogs barking on our floor. Power outage happened Friday night.

Great location very close to Almeda station which has great transportation links. Was advised to get the ten ticket deal which worked out well. Excellent staff at reception housekeeping and restaurant.Have already recommended as good base and has good local restaurants and shops.

The location of the hotel is good because it’s not far from a shopping centre. There’s also a bus stop at the shopping centre to go to town and take the metro. The breakfast was good with options. The hotel is also quite with comfortable bed and clean rooms.
