The pool was closed, looks loke indefinitely. There was garbage pilled by the elevator and outside, yet there's a sign thay says no food in rooms...The room had a very strong insecticide smell, and we figured out why later they had the window cracked open.

It suit our purpose. We needed to be at the Vancouver airport early. The staff eas polite, helpful and gave a warm greating. Definitely a strength. But, the floor in the bathroom was sticky and I wasn't comfortable stiing on the stained comforter. Bed was fine, comfort wise.

Easy parking ,room seemed clean but in need of repair,got double charged for room but attendent did fix it after i questioned it,took bout 5 days to get back on card,breakfast area was messy everyday only thing that was ok was the waffles, juices were nasty,coffee was filled with grounds,no pool no spa no notice of them being closed for months.

The halls smelled pretty bad, my room smelled like weed, some fabreeze would help once in awhile in those holes. It’s convenient for a one night quick and go. The bed was comfortable though which is the most important thing so 3 out of 5

Extremely disappointed

We only ended up staying one night of our two night reservation and that was only because it was already after 10pm that we checked in. The room was dirty with water bottles under our beds, the electrical casing was exposed on our bedside lamps, the floor was lumpy tiled instead of carpeted, the toilet handle kept trying to pop out, cigarette burns on the bedspread and the tub was stained. Oh and the pool and hot tub? Out of commission, bone dry for some time.

The room was very clean and close to the event we were staying. I was very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not functioning. My granddaughters were looking forward to it. I wish they would have notified via website that they were not open. Breakfast options were very limited and the floor in the diing room was super sticky.

microwave wasn’t working, Pool was out of service, did not state this when booking, Looks like mold on bathroom wall, Breckfast was bread no butter or jam, waffle machine out of mix, no plates to put anything on the orange and apple dispenser were out of mix just serving water It states on the web site dogs $15.00 per stay not $20.00 per day

The place is so dirty, carpets are nasty,key scan never opens the door, the food is disgusting, the so called pool was empty and ugly everywhere is filthy the trash bins the walls the railing the old phones from the 70’s disgusting place never again!!!

The taps need to be properly working and also have hot water working too. If the pool and hot tub are under maintenance, please advertise that as people book based on amenities a lot of the time and are extremely disappointed when basic services advertised aren’t met. All in all, won’t be back.

There were so many problems at this hotel so let's just start at the beginning. The room was completely dirty. It looks fine at first glance, but then you notice the bedspread has marker on it, then bathroom counter has nail polish stuck to it, bathtub was missing a stopper and an overflow cap. Not to mention the fact that the tub needs recaulked. Everything in the room in general is worn and in need of repair. Fridge would not get cold enough to freeze even after several days. Property overall in and out is very badly in need of repair, maintenance, and upkeep. Breakfast area was very poorly kept. One day was all right, but when we went down 3 days later they were completely out of milk, pancake mix, butter, and plates only an hour after they open the dining area. And there was not an attendant around at all to even ask about it. There is a pool advertised, but apparently according to the desk clerk it's been empty for months and nobody's done anything about it, nor did they warn us about it. The only elevator was out of service for a full day after the fire department came by to do something with it. Not the hotel's fault, but there was a domestic violence situation at the hotel. Make sure your car stays locked because the area is super sketchy. Would have found any other open hotel in a different price range if possible. The best part was the staff when you were able to get a hold of them. They were very courteous and helpful. Laundry room was also a bonus.

Nice little place to stay for my Vito’s to the salt caves at Flow Motion in town. June 2025 - pool / hot tubs were closed. Sad Barely had water pressure to shower. The tap at the sink you really had to watch to make sure you twisted it to shut off The room itself was super tidy The bed was ok on the firmer side. Now about that slipper bedspread that just slides off not a fan. One day the elevator was also broken (I’m on the third floor and happy it was not check in/out day. For me Never made it down to breakfasts so can not say anything about that (not a breakfast eater) Would have been nice to see water both hot and cold at their 24 hr coffee station Was quiet to sleep that was a bonus.

The room was really dirty, and the unsafe is that the lamp that is in between the two beds were having the electrical cords expose, that is very very unsafe for kids and for everybody in the room. The hotel in general in terrible dirty and smelly.
