Gave this place another try after a poor experience once before. I am disabled so requested a handicapped rich I was accommodated. Was not aware handicapped rooms are with the dog rooms. Felt like I was sleeping in a kennel! Appears hallway/my room flooded. Has fans drying the carpet. Observed mold and sofa missing. Think this stay will the the last! What a shame!

The Hallway and my room smelled like pot,was there three days and no one came in to clean the room or empty the garage so I had to put it in the hallway.

Tired Hotel

The hotel staff were excellent, the breakfast was minimal. While the hotel was clean, it's in desperate need of an upgrade. The rugs need replacing, the wallpaper was curling off the walls, the bathtoom fixtures were missing key functional items and overall the hotel is tired. I'm surprised because they are part of the Hilton chain and they resemble excellence.

The accommodations in general were a little bit older and we couldn't regulate the temperature because the unit has options for High cool low cool high heat low heat. The carpet had some staining and I'm pretty sure I ordered a room with a couch but we didn't have one. I let that slide. The tub had some peeling and staining. The carpet had some dingy spots. The overall Decor is older with the yellowish walls. The staff was nice. Parking was easy. Continental breakfast was generic and fine. The tv, desk and fridge and mircowave were all fine. It was ok for the price. The bed was clean.

This was by far the worst La Quinta I have ever walked in! Too bad I can’t post the pics of the dirty, threadbare carpet in both rooms we occupied. Why 2 rooms you might ask? Well the first one had no hot water in the shower so the maintenance guy came up to check it out and told us the bldg was old and all the shower valves were bad. Moved to second room which was just as shabby and the water was warm at best in the shower while scalding hot in the sink!! Never again will we stay at a La Quinta, not worthy of the Marriott family

Not comfortable, not renovated since it was built.

The first room we were given (240) smelled strongly like mold as soon as we opened the door. The rug was torn and very stained in multiple area. The corner had obvious water damage because at least 2 feet of the wallpaper was coming down. This room should’ve never been on the list to assign to guests. When I complained I was told, “ Well we are an original hotel.” Like that was supposed to sound better than “old unkept room”. We were given a different room on the first floor which was a little better. I felt it was a punishment for complaining because you could hear people in lobby, staff going in and out of maintenance room, vacuum going and all this late into the night. Mattresses are not comfortable, they are just thick foam. Breakfast isn’t good either. And for being a non-smoking hotel you can smell smoke in the hallways. Room service never came. I can go on and on. For the amount you pay, it’s a waste of money.

Where do I start? Three of the nignts, I was kept awake by incredibly obnoxious and loud neighbors past 1am. Then, one night i walk into my room to find the ceiling partially collapsed...drywall and plaster all over my suitcase and clothes and the manager only offered to comp me one night. Then they turn the water off for the entire property at 11am (planned). Why not at 2am when virtually no on needs water? Incredibly disappointed.
