Relaxing time

Absolutely loved this cabin!!! Sparkling clean, plenty of fresh towels and paper products, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. Above all an extremely pleasant outdoor space! Location is superb for enjoying the Laurel Highlands. Would definitely stay here again. Such a beautiful place and pleasant environment

The cabin was so cute and so clean. It was comfortable and so inviting. The game room was a sweet touch. My boyfriend and I played a game of Scrabble. I won! Which never happens! Haha! We will likely be staying here again! Thank you!

Private Wooded Setting

This cabin was the perfect place for a little couples R & R! We stayed 2 nights over Valentine's Day weekend and even in the cold and snow the creek was bubbling happily. I would love to see this space in the spring/summer to get a real feel for the property! We battled snow and freezing rain on Saturday to go antiquing (thank you to Laura for leaving a snow shovel on the front porch). Made a few purchase and enjoyed apple dumplings from The Pie Shoppe. Highly recommended for peace and quite with your significant other.

This cabin is cozy and clean. It is the perfect mix of old and new. This log cabin has been beautifully updated while keeping the charm of the original cabin. The hosts have thought of everything from the blanket on the front porch swing to the albums for the record player. The game room is stocked with cards, games and a dart board. The location is secluded and peaceful. Perfect getaway!

This cabin is nothing but cozy and charming. Super clean and the kitchen has everything you need, other than butter/oil, and other seasonings. Beds are comfy and the grounds are gorgeous. We can’t wait to come back and get snowed in again!

The Cabin was perfect for two couples. It is comfortable, very clean and has everything you could possibly need. We had an issue with the internet, the owner was very responsive and helped us get the issue resolved. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again.

Beautiful property!

Although the pics for the listing showed a very pretty property, from the moment we arrived it was clear this was a very special place. Such attention to detail and oh so charming. Very spacious and clean. We took advantage of the cool fall evening and wood provided for the fire pit and were treated to an expansive star filled sky. My only regret is we were just passing through on our way to the east coast. Next time we'll make a point to extend our stay at this lovely home.

We really enjoyed our stay at your cozy and lovely home. It offered privacy and ambience for the perfect weekend getaway. The Old Homestead

The cabin reminded us of a former homestead we used to live in by the seashore. Overall, everything was great, and we had an excellent experience! A few basic "tweaks" would have made perfection. A broom and dustpan are a necessity, (the floors get gritty after a few days), access to the laundry room would have been nice (there was not enough bath towels for three people for a week-long visit), and some battery-powered candles or a flashlight for when the electricity goes down (it went down twice briefly during our stay leaving us in total darkness). We are looking forward to another stay next year!!!

Peaceful and Awesome

I had a girls weekend with my 2 sister-in-laws and it was wonderful. We all loved the cabin. It was so clean and absolutely took my breath away. I could see the love put in to that cabin for people to enjoy. Sitting on the front porch was so relaxing and peaceful. We will be coming back to stay again.
