I had to leave work early and the guy at the counter did not answer for over 35 minutes, i almost left without my cash deposit. It was a $100 so i definitely didnt want to leave without it. It made me really late for work ive stayed here in the past and usually dont have anything bad to say but this time was so different maybe theyre not used to being so busy as it was. Dont get me wrong i still love the convenience of this hotel but hopefully yall can please clean the rooms a little more and have someone available for check out. Other than that i will be back

Booked the room ($81) a week and a half prior to stay. Chose the pay at hotel option. And received confirmation text and emails. When I got to the hotel, after showing my ID, gave my phone number, and showed the confirmation text and emails, was told there was no reservation under my information. I couldn’t get into Travelocity as both the phone signal and WiFi are horrible at the hotel, and as I just Ubered there for an event for work and had bags boxes and equipment with me, I couldn’t drag it all around while looking for another hotel …was forced to take a walk in rate of $140. I was told as there was no record of my reservation I would not be charged a no show fee on my reservation. I was given room 304 all 3 beds had mismatched pillows and numerous burn holes in the bedspread, a picture was missing leaving a board with exposed nails, the fan in the connected bedroom was barely attached to the ceiling with wood screws , the smoke detector was missing having been ripped out of the base, the light fixture in the bathroom was rusted and covered in spiderwebs and dead bugs, and to e shower head was covered in calcium deposits. In the morning after checking out and already at work setting up our event I got notification that I was charged a no show fee. So after working all day at the event I had to give up my ride home to head back to the hotel to fix the charges. I was told by the front desk worker (same as check in and checkout) that Travelocity charged me no

ABSOLUTELY FILTHY AND DISRESPECTFUL STAFF!!!!!

The first room they gave us was completely dirty, smelled of cigarettes and had burns in the bedding. Trash was still in the room from the people who used it before us. The second room they gave us had ripped sheets, ripped chairs, the walls were filthy, the toilet did not flush, it also had roaches which maybe wouldnt happen if they actually cleaned the rooms. I moved 1 night stand to use an outlet they came running out.... When i demanded my money back i was told i would get only my deposit and 1 of my 2 nights comped back to me. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

Quiet but lacks cla few conforts

You get what you pay for. We survived and it was quiet. Issues that bring down the stars: 1. Not enough parking. We checked in at 4pm and there was almost no parking, but we had no choice but to leave due to prior plans. When we got back at 1 am there was zero parking. Several cars, including us, had to park illegally or we would've had to park somewhere else. 2. Like many others have stated the AC's are crap. It was cool outside so our AC turned off with in minutes of being turned on. It's not a safe enough to open doors to help cool the room down. The fan will run, if that's what you set, but it's only circulating room temperature air. Our room was very warm all night. 3. Cash only deposit means actual cash only. Not card. Don't worry you can pay a fee at their ATM to get the cash out. 4. Like many mentioned, and although it wasn't a big deal for us it could be for some, the remote to the TV in our room didn't work. The light on the top lights up when you press the power button but it doesn't turn the TV on. You can see the TV has power as it's got a light on, but again the remote doesn't work. We only tried it because of how many stated theirs didn't work ... All I could do was laugh. The reviews warned us about this (and the AC to be honest.) We didn't bring it up to staff as it was middle of the night and didn't want to disturb them. Positives: Easy walking distance to Knott's Quiet Check in person was fairly friendly, nothing against him.
