Spring poking through the bed, sink hot was cold, cold was hot, bathtub peeling, toilet cracked, no ice marker to be found, we passed and left a day early, when checking out and told staff of the mess... The staff commented we could of moved rooms, the day we checked in they said they were booked up and couldn't move room. Not sure who telling the truth, for ice marker they comment we have one it's in the laundry room. As we were leaving. I stated other staff didn't know where it was. I did write to see if could get something back and if not that's ok someone hopefully will read and help change it back to a positive for others.

DO NOT ACCEPT the handicap accessible room!!!

I got a room here just for the night. I was given a handicapped accessible room. This was my first experience in such a room and I would never accept something like this again. The drainage and layout of the walk-in shower was so poorly designed that half of the water from the shower flooded the rest of the restroom. And since no additional drain is installed the water would have nowhere to go. At this point, good luck keeping the floors in the rest of the hotel room dry.

wouldn't recommend

Furniture was repaired with staples that were hanging off, dirty towels, smelly water in sink, no socket bedside, tv barely worked, and my room card didn't work. Area is also pretty rough at night.

Happy but could have been better.

I wasn't happy with the room colors that were a mix of dull blue and white, and the curtains were not completely attached so that I could not close them fully at night and was concerned that someone could look in. They had signs everywhere saying the weren't responsible for car theft, but they could be at least partially responsible by putting cameras in the parking lot and hiring a security guard since there were some pretty shady characters hanging out near the rear of the property and trash around some of the doorways so it partially looked like a slum.

I stay here often and lately the vibe is different for the bad.. lots of roaches and rooms are humid..and michelle the employee freaked out when i got two small buckets of ice!! Maids are stingy with the towels and supplies too which is different...just got petty here for no reason
