Each of the bedrooms in this stylish condo, comes complete with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with toiletries, smart TV, and spacious closets so guests can store their belongings while they enjoy every moment. For your convenience there is an individual pull out bed for an extra guest.
The comfortable living room with its Smart TV, and dining table will open up to the modern kitchen where guests are sure enjoy their meals during their stay while they take advantage off our fully-equipped cooking tools and stainless appliances which include: microwave, dishwasher, electric stove and oven.

Getting Around:
We highly recommend renting a car so you can take advantage of the resorts facilities. Please consider that Ubers are not allowed on the property and itâs a far walk out of the community to get a Taxi/Uber. Also, there are 2 security check points where you will need to register before entering the complex.
Other Things to Note:
Mavila is a brand-new community and there might be some construction noise. The construction takes place during the day from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. All of the amenities listed in the community description are finished and the noise does not bother most people who stay here. Mavila is a non-smoking community and smoking or vaping is not allowed in any of the common areas, including the pool and green areas.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests and to avoid potential cancellations, we kindly request your adherence to this policy. We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
