The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hub of the city is their harbour front area and we needed to take an Uber to/from the Hotel to dine out and explore the city. We would have preferred to be in walking distance to the city sights.

Not a 4 star hotel

This is most definitely not a 4 star hotel. My rating would be higher if my expectations would have been for a 3 star hotel. Staff is very nice and friendly but the hotel is not great. The gym is a small room with no windows, there was a roof leak in the laundry room, and the pool is so small and uninviting that no one used it. It feels more like a pond than a pool. The hotel is quite far from anything to do or nice restaurants. Count on walking far or taking a car to go for dinner every day.

This was the perfect hotel for a short stop over before my next flight. It was a shame I didn’t have longer to use the facilities, but I couldn’t fault it or the staff.

Booked multiple nights, but had to leave due to an unsafe electrical problem. Rain water was leaking into the laundry room through a light fixture and the owner did not turn off power to that room to prevent an electrical fire. When trying to take a shower in the bathtub our heads were inches from the ceiling - very cramped. The staff was very understanding, though, and refunded us fully for the nights we had booked but did not stay there. I cannot recommend due to the owner not taking the necessary safety precautions.
