"The bathroom tub was dirty. They wouldn’t clean it until the next afternoon. Even after cleaning it - it was very worn and battered. The entire hotel is terribly ran down. The slide was “under construction”. Will never stay there again!"

"We checked in around 10pm. When we went to our room, it was a dirty room. The woman at the desk was very apologetic but mentioned they were sold out. She contacted her manager via text ( would have appreciated a phone call to speed up the process rather than a text ). But after standing at the desk for a long time, a room became available somehow. After getting to the room there were no blankets for the pull out couch, again had to go back down to get blankets. The following day I called the front desk and explained the issues with check in last night and asked for a late check out of 1pm as some sort of compensation and the women told me I would have to pay $50 to get that approved. Seemed crazy considering the hassle we went through during check in. Other than that, it was a nice stay."

"The staff was so friendly...I was there for my birthday weekend and they were all very sweet to me and my dog. Very quiet Hotel...great sleeps. Loved my balcony room."

"Wonderful mattress and choice of firm or soft pillows without requesting. Breakfast was hot with a good selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Definitely staying here again and again. "
