I was late checking in due to vehicle issues returning from Vancouver. I asked for a late checkout, which was refused instantly. Despite the children being exhausted, the staff still did not show any compassion. Disappointed.

It was a very nice place to stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. The sign in the pool area was hilarious and a bit off putting….I’d maybe change the wording to “stomach issues” or “health concerns” instead of persons with “diarrhea”…kind of makes a person not want even go in the pool. Only other thing I’d suggest there is to put more air circulation in the pool/hot tub area. Windows you can open to the outside air would help in summer. It got pretty hot and stagnant in that area and we could only handle it for a very short time. Otherwise, great place! I’d stay there again with no hesitation. The breakfast was very good!!

Not to far from airport. Easy parking. Room is tight for 6. Sofa bed just next to windows AC. Loud and cold. I ordered a suite for 6 pers but just got a room for 6 pers. Not sure Expedia’s problem or not. Breakfast offered was good!

Enjoyed our stay

Stayed for one night.Good location in the suburb area. Close to many amenities such as Costco, Walmart and good restaurants. Highly recommend the Alexander’s Steakhouse for their steaks. Our room was spacious, clean and everything was in working order. Kids enjoyed the pool. Free breakfast was a great bonus and convenience when you’re travelling.
