This condo is the perfect home base for your travels to the Rocky Mountains. Located right in the middle of downtown Canmore, just off of the main street, for a true walk-and-go lifestyle. You can grab a coffee, go for a bite at one of the dozens of restaurants, lavish in some shop therapy, or enjoy the area's nightlife...all within minutes walking distance. The condo is convenient to many breathtaking trails that weave throughout the town. The bow river and trail system is also only a short walk away. During the summer months, you can take in the great vibe from walking-only main street and Thursday markets that are all steps from your front door.

Now let's talk about the inside of this GEM! When you walk in you will be wowed by the gorgeous floors and high-end finishings. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances with everything you need to stay in and make a delicious meal. This condo is a spacious 970 square feet and has a king-size master bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. There's also a second bedroom with a brand-new queen size bed. The living room has ample space with new and comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a new smart TV. Then, walk out onto your large balcony and enjoy the stunning view of the 3 Sisters mountain peaks! There's also a gas bbq for you to enjoy cooking up a sizzling meal.

Canmore is growing quickly, and with growth in such a beautiful part of the world comes an increase of visitors—especially when it comes to parking. If you’re travelling with more than one vehicle, please be prepared for some challenges, particularly with street parking. The most difficult time to find a space is often later in the evening.

You’ll find a few options for parking in Canmore:
Limited Free Street Parking – Available on a first-come, first-served basis in some areas.
Paid Parking Lots – Certain public and private lots offer hourly or daily rates.
Standard-Sized Stalls – Most designated spots (including the first included vehicle space) are standard size, which may be tight for large vehicles or trucks.
Please note: The busiest times for parking are during high season (June through the end of September) and on weekends year-round. Plan ahead and allow extra time to secure parking during these periods.

Excellent condo. Very clean and modern. We spent seven days there exploring Banff NP. Loved the Mountain View from the deck. Also loved that it was only a block from the downtown Canmore area. One very minor nit
it would have been nice to have a little shelf in the shower to hold soap and shampoo. We had a great time there and would definitely use this condo again.

Canmore condo

Great property, we especially enjoyed having tea on the patio and admiring the mountains. Place was clean. Had lots of towels, kitchen is well stocked (could use a new frying pan). Only thing is inability to open windows in the room because they are sealed shut for AC system to work. Would recommend as a place to stay!!

We enjoy the Accommodations. Clean. The blind set up for both bedrooms was not great . Too much light in the bedrooms. The bed in 2nd bedroom was low and was difficult to get out of for a person with knee issue.This is strictly constructive feedback. We enjoyed our stay! On another note did we leave a tupperwear orange liquid container in the suite? Cheers, Nancy BrumwellPs I appreciated you letting us in early to get park pass. It helped alot.

Great location, walking distance to everything in Canmore. Nice to have underground parking, however it is a very low ceiling in the garage so only one of our vehicles was able to fit in due to height restrictions. The added bonus of a National Park Pass being included was huge! Such a great amenity!

Absolute Gem in downtown Canmore

Came out to do some climbing in the Rockies.This home has a spectacular view of the Three Sisters and gets lots of light.Beautiful fireplace - easy access to coffee shops, restaurants. But the owners are awesome to deal with. I’ll be back

Anniversary trip

My wife and I enjoy quite drives in the mountains for our anniversary trips. This trip was amazing and better than expected. I can say the same for the condo we stayed at. The view was beautiful, location could not be better, and the condo was exactly as listed. Canmore was a great little town to visit.

Great apartment and location!

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It's a short walk to "downtown" Canmore, which is charming to say the least. Having an access code for the door and underground parking was very convenient. Especially as we didn't make it in until after midnight the first day. It was also a nice perk having the included park pass so we didn't need to worry about getting one in advance or waiting in the long lines at the park entrance. The A/C was nice as it was quite warm while we were there. We only stayed for a few days. So we didn't get a chance to use the BBQ or kitchen amenities, but everything seemed to be well furnished and in good working order. We did request a pack & play for our 2 year old and it was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Excellent experience and would definitely stay there again!

Well situated and for the most part a good condo that needs a bit of upgrades. i.e. Corridor bathroom exhaust fan cannot be shut down annoying sound You break your neck to watch the TV that is way too high, and you cannot tilt the TV to view from the dining room table. Having a smart tv is great but we could not view live news such as CTV, only able to watch movies and rerun shows. It was so hot in the condo during the night that we did not sleep well at all even with the four fans on. The fans are old and need to be replaced or having a portable AC unit available the temperature abnormally high. Windows screens need to be clean. In the master bathroom shower, a telescopic shower head would be great along with a soap dish.

Beautiful and Convenient Stay in Canmore Alberta

Condo was terrific. Communication with property managers was fantastic including great welcome letter with ALL instructions needed (including photos). Condo was completely as advertised with a gorgeous view of Three Sisters and walking distance to all of quaint downtown Canmore. Easy drive to Banff and Johnstone Canyon. This stay was a true winner!
