The condo unit we were in seemed run down considering their fairly new(lots of scratch’s on the walls, showers had mold growing, baseboards missing paint through out the unit and major swelling in the bathrooms). In addition they are located next to train tracks which were very noisy all hours of the night. On a good note they were accommodating with allowing an extra vehicle for the night.

Imagine you paid 2 nights stay and some undesignated vehicle is parked in your spot. First night (July 13), someone parked in our spot and we to park outside Basecamp. The next day (July 14) I have to battle 5 drivers because they kept stealing our spot and that night there’s someone parked in our spot AGAIN. I escalated it to the night shift staff and told me that they’re going to tow it tomorrow but nothing really happened the next day. I gave the nightstaff the undesignated vehicle license plate and didn’t took a note even. All I’m saying, atleast have a strict parking rules. Overall, it was really a bad experience.

Great central location with walking paths all around. I would still recommend having a rental car to get around. Room was clean and a good size for a family of 4. Room was equipped with kitchen and full size fridge and stove. Parking was in back and somewhat tight also had to contend with Bagel shop next door and coming back to find a car parked in your "reserved" spot.

Nice place? Roomy and clean. Comfy beds. The only con is that the railway is beside the building. The trains pass by every 1,5 hour. If you have a light sleep you better use ear plugs

Nicely located in Canmore with easy walk or drive access to food and other stores. 5 minute drive from DT and lots of amazing views in every direction. Train passes by quite often even through the night but ear plugs were supplied… we weren’t bothered but at all tbh. Each unit has its own parking spot and the place is set up in a nice street-esq style with tables and chairs out front of each unit. Kitchen makes it easy to reheat takeout leftovers or buy food from the grocery and cook yourself. Kitchen was clean and we were comfortable using their utterly and dishes. It was a nice place, could see it being popular for ski season for sure. Big area to air out your gear in the living room.

There was no introduction to use sofa bed in hotels.com and this hotel. So, we were confused about why we didn’t have two beds. Except this and noise from trains, this place was good. One thing I would like to tell you is the Chinese guy was smoking in front of the non-smoking sign.
